Hillstone Aggregates Phase 4 & 5
Hillstone Aggregates has submitted applications to update its Master Site Development Plan (MSDP) and Land Use Redesignation to support future aggregate extraction in Phases 4 and 5.
As part of the application process, Hillstone undertook a public engagement program to provide information about the proposed applications, answer questions and receive community feedback. The engagement program has now concluded, and the feedback has been considered as the applications move through Rocky View County's review process.
Current Status
The applications have been submitted to Rocky View County and are currently under review.
The County will review the applications alongside the supporting technical studies and public engagement findings before determining the next steps in the approval process.
